This website is run by Glide, a studio making AI-assisted property films. You can reach us at hello@glidepropertyfilms.com.
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, agency, email and, if you add them, your phone number, a listing link and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. If you become a client, we also use the photos and floor plans you send us to make your films.
We don't sell your data, share it for marketing, or use tracking or advertising cookies.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also stores form inquiries. Our email runs on Zoho, hosted in the EU. The fonts on this site load from Google, which receives your IP address when a page opens.
We delete inquiries that don't lead to work within 12 months. Client details are kept while we work together and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@glidepropertyfilms.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection agency at aepd.es.
Our films are AI-assisted visualisations made from the client's own listing photos, and each one is labelled that way. The client approves every film before it is published. Prices on this site exclude VAT and are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
The design and text of this website belong to Glide. Property images and films are shown with their owners' permission.
